Below are a number of emails saying thank you for the work done. We have also listed a response to where the reedbed needed getting into working order. Its always easy to show things always going right. But no one is perfect. Its when things go wrong that you need to know who you're dealing with and how they will help. |

Melvyn, What
a very impressive and detailed quotation!!! That is greatly appreciated and is
comforting to be dealing with a contractor with the experience and confidence to
propose your proposed treatment method to us. I
will liaise with the EA and definitely be in touch. Thanks once again for the
hard work and site visit. Kindest
regards, Tom. 1)
Many thanks for the new bed, which should be all our problems behind us,
fingers crossed. The original bed is drying out nicely and most of the surface
water has now gone. When it’s a bit dryer we will weed it a bit and get things
balanced to the 2 beds. The new bed was fully fenced in yesterday so the bunnies haven’t had a chance to get in, we hope! Please give Tony a very big thank you, crikey can he work. He got through a hell of a lot of work in those 3 and a bit days. Many thanks and all the best 2)
Many thanks for your last communication. Your philosophical
specification and water! I sent a copy to the Building Standards Officer and
await his reply. 3) Just a note to thank you and the team for the installation of the reed bed in such a timely manner. It has been a pleasure to do business with you. Roger Brearley (Chairman) who was invoiced is passing this on to our Treasurer for immediate payment – please let me know if it is delayed and I will chase it, however I am seeing the Treasurer this coming weekend so I will make sure a cheque has been posted Regards and thank you again 4) Thanks Melvyn that is great news and as you say it couldn't be better so thanks for all your help in the matter. Steve 5) As promised a very tidy and neat installation. I will get your cheque off as soon as Thanks Melvyn 6)
Melvyn just
a quick note to say how pleased we are with todays work.it was a pleasure to
have Tony on site. many thanks 7)
Thanks for the message.
I just got back in time to meet Tony before he left. He seems to have done
a good job and it all looks tidy. We have had a lot of rain since he left
so the plants should be well watered in 8)
Just finished and Tony off to Peterhead. Nice man. No
problems. 9)
Melvyn, 10) Hi Melvyn, Everything seems to be working fine Thanks in advance for your advice 11)
just a quick note to say your blokes came and did the job... ... I gave
them a cheque before they left. 12) Just to inform you – we received the Building Regulation Certificate. So glad it has all been signed off!! Thank you very much for all your help and emails – it was really much appreciated by myself and all the other members of the family. I will not hesitate in recommending you and your company to anyone who have had the same problems as us. Hope all goes well for you & your Company in 2010 Thank you again. Sometimes things don't go as planned and below is a response from a customer where a reedbed needed getting into working order after a few problems of the site. We decided diddling around was going to take far too long and the quickest way was to replace the reedbed, and for no cost to the customer. Their response is as follows :- Melvyn
We
just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you very much indeed for
sorting out the reedbed. I know we have had our problems with it
over the last couple of years, but what has always impressed us has been
the immediate acceptance by you that there was an issue followed by the
desire without question, to get it sorted. I know this particular
installation has been a lot of hassle for you, but we have never had a
moan or groan and you have always approached the issues we have faced with
good humour. Kim and I would therefore like to thank you for the
forthright and gentlemanly way in which you have tried to sort things out,
even to the extent of undertaking all the work that you did yesterday. We
would also like to take the opportunity to tell you what a fantastic
couple of guys we think you have in Tony and David. They, like you,
face everything with good humour, nothing appears to be too much trouble
and if you associate those attitudes with the culture of hard work which
they embrace (I don't think I saw them stop all day), then I would say
that you have a couple of guys working for you who I know you value, but
of whom you should justifiably be proud. Wouldn't this country be a far
better place if there were more like them. Please pass our thanks on
to them for all their efforts. Melvyn,
we shall keep you informed of progress, but once again thank you for
sorting everything out.
